5-Day English Communication Skills Enhancement Program for CALL CENTER

 

Our training includes Call Center specifics such as promoting teamwork, responsibility, confidence and flexibility to changes, American (British, Canadian and Australian) cultural immersion, and strategies in effective selling and basic knowledge in customer service interaction, typing skills and others. The program prepares the attendee for the job interview and sets his/her expectations once hired for the job.

 

The main focus of the workshop is English Proficiency. We aim to improve our student's confidence in speaking English.
